1.  Is Univa an authorized distributor?

Yes, we are authorized distributor for KB, Diotec, GRE so on... Also our sister companies are authorized for many Manufacturers. And we are continuously working towards adding more Manufacturers to our line card.
 

2.  Can Univa support us for our spot buy requirements?

Yes. This is an area of specialization of UNIVA. We do support all our customers for their Spot buy requirements by locating stock from the Genuine sources across the whole world.
 

3.  Does Univa support new & original factory sealed parts or no?

Yes all our parts are in original factory sealed packing. Exception to this is when customer requires partial reel or smaller qtys. In such cases we do intimate in our Quotation about packing type details offered.
 

4.  Can Univa support our lead time or scheduled lead time requirements & be our long term partner?

Sure. We already have a long term partnership with our Customers. We can support your reasonably valued scheduled orders if you place order for complete qty on us.
 

5.  Does Univa carry any inventory?

Yes. In addition to our worldwide availability, Univa has an excess consignment program that enables OEMs/CEMs a means to liquidate their excess inventories. As a result, Univa has access to thousands of factory-sealed line items in inventory. This consignment excess is in addition to Univa's "house" inventory of on-hand stock
 

6.  What lead times can I expect when I purchase from Univa?

We focus on getting our customers the right parts faster than anyone else. Although the lead times for individual parts may vary, Univa's professional shipping department will expedite the delivery of the parts. History has proven that Univa is succeeded in effective pull in.
 

7.  How experienced are your sales and buying teams?

Our representatives are some of the best trained, most knowledgeable in the industry. Our training program is a rigorous program that includes both classroom and on-the-job training. The program is tailored to fit each new representative’s level of ability and experience to ensure that each representative is fully prepared.
 

8.  How can Customer place order on Univa?

Customer can send Formal PO to concerned Sales person who is taking care off that Account, if none is allocated then can send order to sales@univatech.com
 

9.  How fast can you get my shipment to me?

It depends if the product you ordered is in stock in our facility and your company is in Singapore, it could be in a matter of hours. In most situations, it depends on the warehouse and office locations, the time of the day and the day of the week
 

10.  What kind of payment terms facility does UNIVA provide?

We work with TT Advance payment terms with new customers. However, we provide better payment terms once the customer starts giving us regular business.
 

11.  What currencies does Univa transact business in?

Univa typically carries business transactions in US dollars, but can also do business in Euros, Hong Kong Dollars and Singapore Dollars.
 

12.  What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value for orders that are shipping within Singapore is $50. If you are unable to add $50 of product to your order a minimum service fee will be added to reach the $50 amount. International Orders require a minimum of $100 US Dollars.”
 

13.  Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We have been shipping electronic components globally for many years and we do accept payment by wire-transfer. All bank costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
